Payment Plans

1000 Euro is the reservation fee for 4 weeks, applicable to all payment plans.
There are three payment plans available with the option of extra discounts:

Payment plan I:

• 2000 EUR reservation fee, deductible from the 4th installment; time limit – 21 days
• 40% of the total price on signing a Preliminary Contract
• 30% within 2 months of the first instalment
• 20% within 4 months of the first instalment
• 10% payment on receiving the title deed

Payment plan II – 3% discount available:

• 2000 EUR reservation fee, deductible from the 4th instalment; time limit – 21 days
• 60% of the total price on signing the Preliminary Contract
• 30% within 2 months of the first instalment
• 10% payment on receiving the title deed


Payment plan III – 7% discount available:

• 2000 EUR reservation fee, deductible from the 4th instalment; time limit – 21 days
• 90% of the total price on signing the Preliminary Contract
• 10% within receiving right of usage.

Full price will be entered into the Notary Deeds and apartments can be bought either freehold or leasehold depending on wishes of buyer. Annual maintenance fee is 8 Euros per m2 per annum not including VAT of 20%. Rental management option will be confirmed later.

Construction of the St. Anna development has been started in December 2005 and is scheduled to complete in October 2007.

Location and Local Attractions

The St. Anna development is situated not far from the centre of Bansko town, around 600m away. This busy mountain town is regarded as one of the most popular Eastern European ski resorts with new ski facilities. The benefit of buying in a town such as Bansko is that there are things to do all year round; the resort is not closed in summer but bars, restaurants and hotels stay open all year. Not only that but two major golf courses are being built outside Bansko so not only will the town be a Mecca for skiers but also golfers.

Bansko's primary gondola station is around 1000m from St. Anna (a 10-15 min walk) but taxis and public transport is available in the town all year. The resort already has a new 8 person gondola lift and there are plans for a second to be built to meet the growing tourist demands.

Another benefit of buying in Bansko is that the Greek border is only 50kms away so day trips to Greece and its coastline are feasible. The Pirin National Park is at the doorstep of Bansko and with its wide of unique flora and fauna and moderate summer climate, is an ideal place for summer hiking excursions, bike riding, horse riding and mountain climbing.
