According to the high occupancy rate in peak season, the hotel's expected revenue is at least 60, 000 Euros (peak season). Extra can be expected for summer time.
Payment plan:

The payment plan will follow like a normal property sale with 10% down on Preliminary Contract however, the final 90% will be paid on transfer of ownership which will be after the last reservation. The property is being sold freehold.

Location and Local Attractions
