Prices and Payment Plan

Prices start from 1080 Euros per m² and go up to 1310 Euros per m². Please refer to price list at the bottom on the page.

Any apartment at Rila Park can be reserved immediately for 28 days with a non-refundable deposit of 3000 Euros (Credit card payment possible).
The buyer must sign the preliminary contract with the developer and pay the first instalment within 28 days after the reservation.

• Deposit: 3000 Euros non-refundable holding deposit when reserving your property will hold it for a maximum of 28 days.
• 1st instalment: 40 % of the purchase price, less 3000 Euros deposit, within 28 days of reservation.
• 2nd instalment: 40 % of the purchase price on 1 March 2007.
• 3rd instalment: 20 % of the purchase price on exchange of title deeds, around 1 Oct 2007.

All the sale prices shown are without VAT and in the Preliminary Contract and final Notary Deeds, 50% of the real price will be entered. Therefore, VAT shall only be paid on this VAT. For full prices to be entered into Preliminary Contract and Notary Deeds, VAT of 20% must be paid on the full amount.

All apartment owners will be obligated to pay an annual maintenance charge of 8 Euros/per sq.m.( with VAT included ) to cover the cost of upkeep and maintenance of the communal areas and the garden. Please note that the maintenance charge for the first year is included in the purchase price.

Location and Local Attractions

Situated 3.9 kms from the busy centre of Borovets, Rila Park still has excellent access to ski facilities. The main Yastrebets ski runs are just 100m away and the Yastrebets gondola station is slightly further away.

Rila Park is access via a tarmac road which is maintained all year round ensuring full time access, even in snowy periods.

Surrounded by thick pine forests, Rila Park does have the desirable Alpine setting that rarely comes with large off-plan developments. A benefit is that the development neighbours the expansive Rila National Park, which ensures that surrounding developments will be minimal and views not compromised.
