500meters away from the center of the village and 15km from the ski slope of the resort which can be reach with car. Then you have the town life with Bansko is only 6 kms away. The village is a welcoming village with locals welcoming you.

There is one building which consists of four residential floors. The complex offers apartments from 37sq.m up to 85 sq.m. Consisting of Studios, 1-bedroom apartments and 2-bedroom apartments – a total of 19 apartments.

Dobrinishte has just been targeted for extensive investment and expansion of the ski facilities, making this a prime area to buy in. The folk-style pubs offer guests delicious meals made out of locally grown organic products. The apartments are offered completed with: standard floorings; latex painted walls and ceilings; windows – PVC; doors – MDF material; installations – electrical, water main and drain systems, TV& internet installation, etc. There are two additional options for furniture – standard and luxury.

The annual Maintenance & Security agreement covers: Security; Cleaning and maintenance of common areas – corridors, staircases, roof, façade, courtyard, planting, gardening; Snow cleaning; Maintenance of all installations next to the entrance of your apartment: electrical, water supply, TV & internet installations, emergency lighting, anti-lighting, etc; Emergency reactions; Reception desk and ski room service.

The building has been started; they are expecting to reach Act 15 in November and Act 16 at the end of December.

Location and Local Attractions

This village of Dobrinishte is situated in the Southern part of Bulgaria, close to the border with Greece. It is located only 6 kilometres away from the biggest ski-centre in the Balkan Peninsula – the town of BANSKO. It spreads at the foot of the Pirin Mountains in an altitude of 850m, near the cross-point of the three magnificent mountains – Pirin, Rila and the Rhodopes.

The village is a hospitable and a quiet place for living. Its unique location matches the intimacy of a cozy countryside together with the gloss of the modern Bansko ski-resort.

Dobrinishte is a year-round mountain resort. Offering the best in winter and summer months – amazingly beautiful nature, ski tracks, mineral springs.

The ski-zone of Dobrinishte provides a double-seat ski-lift of about 3 km in length with 1 intermediate station. The ski slopes offer excellent opportunities for both experienced skiers and beginners.
For the sake of variety, Bansko ski-tracks start only 6 km away. Dobrinishte also offers many possibilities for biking, tourist routs and sightseeing. The village is a starting point to some of the most beautiful parts of Pirin National park, a World Heritage location – like the peak of Bezbog, Samodivski vrah, the Pirin lakes – Popovo Lake, Kremenski ezera, Saint Nikola waterfalls, etc.
