Finishing specifications

Properties will be finished with the walls painted, the flooring done (downstairs with stone or terracotta tiles and upstairs with wooden or parquet floor), the electricity, water and heating system installations will be finished, there will be no light fittings, the bathroom will be completed with tiles and toilet unit, sink and shower and one fireplace is included in the price, doors and stairs with banisters will be done, simple wire fence is included too.

Exclusive of furnishing, outside stone fences of the plot, as well as interior special decorations (paintings, wood – carvings), yard arrangement (garages, pools, Jacuzzi, barbecue). In view of different requirements of purchasers, additional service prices are subject to negotiation in the course of contract formation. Payment method shall be agreed between both parties in the attorney’s presence.

Price

Just 600 EUR per sq.m. which is for a finished property with underlying plot included. The property will be completed with bathroom, fitted floor, painted walls and switches. Items such as light fittings, boiler etc are charged extra (as bove).

Location and Local Attractions

Nowadays this region can meet the requirements of the connoisseur. It is located 5 km from the widely known Ognyanovski mineral springs. One of the prettiest Bulgarian towns of Gotse Delchev is only 15 km drive from the village, offering all the conveniences of modern society. World famous Bansko ski resort is a 20 minute drive and a 40 minute drive separates the south side of Rhodope Mountain from the beautiful Aegean coastal resorts.
